When you access and use this portal we collect from you your full name, email address and password. We also track the dates and times of your log-in and attribute the information that you enter to your user. We use this information to facilitate your log-in into the system, to record which information you entered into the system and to confirm whether or not you have undergone the training that is required for using the portal.

For our EU users: The legal basis for the processing of the data is that it is necessary for the performance of our contract for the provision of the portal. The data is stored in the US. It is transferred to the US pursuant to Standard Contractual Clauses executed between us and your employer. You can view them upon request. Pursuant to the European Commission adequacy decision for the US in connection with the EU US Data Privacy Framework, all the safeguards that have been put in place by the U.S. Government in the area of national security (including the redress mechanism) apply to all data transferred to the U.S., regardless of the transfer tool used including this one.
